7GC & Co. Holdings Inc. Announces S-4 Filing in Connection with Its Proposed Business Combination with Banzai

On December 9th, 2022, we announced that our publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC"), 7GC & Co.Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ Ticker: "VII"), had entered into a business combination agreement with Banzai International Inc., a technology company that provides data-driven marketing and sales solutions for businesses.

We are now excited to share that we filed a registration statement on Form S-4 with the SEC this August 31, 2023.

Although this has not yet become effective and is subject to change, it represents an important milestone towards Banzai becoming a publicly traded company on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol "BNZ".
